These Terms of Service govern access to and purchases from NeedNCart. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the store.
Eligibility and account information
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current contact, delivery and payment information.
Products and availability
We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Minor colour, packaging or measurement variations may occur. Products may be supplied by third-party suppliers and are subject to stock and serviceability. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, serviceability issues or legal reasons; any captured payment for a cancelled item will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. The final payable amount, shipping charge and any COD charge will be shown before you place the order. Payment is subject to authorisation by the relevant payment provider.
Shipping, cancellations and returns
Delivery estimates and customer responsibilities are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, COD rules, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the respective policies displayed on the store.
Acceptable use
You must not use the store for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false orders, misuse COD or infringe the rights of NeedNCart or another person.
Intellectual property
The NeedNCart name, store design, original text, graphics and other owned content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services
Our store uses third-party services including Shopify, suppliers, payment providers and couriers. Their separate terms and policies may apply to services they operate.
Product use and liability
Products must be used according to their instructions, warnings and intended purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeedNCart is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation or ignoring safety instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date published and do not reduce rights already accrued for a completed purchase.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to rights available through consumer commissions and other competent authorities, courts in Delhi will have jurisdiction.
