Welcome to NeedNCart. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of needncart.shop, including purchases made through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. About NeedNCart

NeedNCart is an online retail store operated by The Cafe

We offer products sourced and fulfilled through third-party suppliers, fulfilment partners and logistics providers. As part of our dropshipping model, certain products may be packed and shipped directly from a fulfilment partner to the customer.

Regardless of the fulfilment arrangement, customers should contact NeedNCart Customer Support for assistance regarding their orders.

2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing.

Product colour, packaging or minor design details may occasionally vary due to manufacturing batches, supplier updates, photography or display settings.

Product availability is subject to stock availability with our fulfilment partners.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability or other information, subject to applicable law.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

An order may be subject to verification before processing or dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including:

Product being unavailable
Incorrect pricing or listing errors
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Delivery location being unserviceable
Other legitimate operational or legal reasons

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us before fulfilment, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

4. Payments

NeedNCart accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) and pay-on-delivery are not available. Complete payment using an available method displayed at checkout. Orders are released for fulfilment after successful payment confirmation.

The order total and any shipping charges are shown before payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Only use a payment method you are authorised to use.

5. Payment confirmation and cancellation

If payment is debited without an order confirmation, email us with the transaction reference and checkout email address. Do not send sensitive payment credentials.

For a cancellation or correction, email us immediately. We will try to stop or amend an order before it is released to the supplier for fulfilment. Once supplier processing begins or dispatch occurs, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. We confirm the outcome by email. For approved cancellations, refunds are returned to the original payment method, generally within 7 days of approval; bank processing may take additional time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Products may be shipped directly by our suppliers, fulfilment partners or logistics providers.

Consequently, products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Estimated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, customer location, supplier processing, public holidays, weather, unforeseen events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs eligible requests. Contact NeedNCart by email promptly about damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items. Share photographs and an unboxing video if available. A missing video or a fault found later does not automatically remove statutory rights.

Return approval is required before sending any item back. Different items can require different supplier return addresses. We will confirm whether courier pickup is available or agree tracked return-shipping instructions; automatic doorstep pickup is not guaranteed. NeedNCart remains your point of contact for the resolution.

8. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information including your:

Name
Email address
Mobile number
Shipping address
Billing information, where applicable

NeedNCart will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

9. Communications

By placing an order, you agree that NeedNCart may send transactional communications necessary for processing your order, including order confirmation, payment, shipping, delivery, cancellation, return and customer-support communications.

Promotional or marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements and our Privacy Policy.

10. Promotions & Discount Offers

NeedNCart may occasionally provide discounts, coupon codes or promotional offers.

Such promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, validity periods, minimum order values or other conditions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions, subject to applicable law and any terms already applicable to confirmed orders.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the NeedNCart website, branding, layout and original content are owned by or licensed to NeedNCart/The Cafe.

Third-party product names, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, commercially exploit or distribute our proprietary website content without authorization.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not use our website:

For unlawful or fraudulent activities
To provide false information or impersonate another person
To interfere with the security or operation of the website
To introduce viruses or other malicious software
To attempt unauthorized access to our systems
To misuse payment, refund or promotional facilities
To infringe intellectual-property or other legal rights

13. Third-Party Services

NeedNCart uses third-party services that may include payment gateways, ecommerce technology providers, fulfilment partners, suppliers, analytics providers and courier/logistics companies.

Necessary customer/order information may be shared with such providers for purposes such as processing payments, fulfilling orders, delivering shipments and providing customer support, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website operational and accurate. However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot always be guaranteed.

Maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeedNCart/The Cafe will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

16. Account Security

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
